The
Quality Management System of our company, was evaluated by HELLENIC
CERTIFICATION and its operation was certified in comformity with the
requirements of the Standard ELOT EN ISO 9001:2008. In particular,
our company was certified for the following activities:
"Studies, software design and development,
project management and services provision for installation, training
and technical support of Information & Communication Technology
systems"
It should be mentioned that the Quality System's evaluation and
control is held on a yearly basis.
Quality Policy
Archimedia's management recognizes the value and importance of
the services that is providing to its customers and is constantly
striving to respond to their requirements and expectations in a
responsible and effective manner.
Archimedia aims to provide high-quality, complete and uninterrupted
services to its customers with respect to their particular needs.
In this context, a quality management system was designed and installed.
This system forms an integral part of the company's workflow in
accordance with the requirements of ISO international standard -
ISO 9001:2008.
The quality management system aims at the continuous improvement
of Archimedia’s business processes. This is achieved using:
- Follow-up and analysis of measurable results
- Management that is based on real data and recorded procedures
- Conformity with legislative and normative provisions that are
in effect
